Different Focus

Graduation day becomes pivotal day for students who had spent three years in senior high. In this day their memories are invited to resee what they had done so that they become the person they are proud of today. The graduation day is opened by inviting audience to watch video that represent the journey of student in their three years in senior high.

First image shows building of the school then it is followed by image of new building of the school. For audience,  they long to see how the process of learning, not the change of facility from time to time.

If the picture captured what each of individual do from the first step in this school till this day, it may give a power to respect what has been done in three  years.  Capturing buldings won't help audience understand the improvement in term of way of thinking and solving problems' life. The chain of building pictures say nothing but depicting implicitly that school does not try to empower the students.

Three years is not a short time to save memories. The first time the students entered this school in 2015, they tried very hard to be accepted and mingled in the new place named senior high school. Many pictures the students save in that valnurable moments. Some may succeeded easily and store tons of pictures to be visited later when they leave the teenagers time.  Some others may hide tons pictures as well to be contemplated later when they have their courage back and learn new things from all unwelcomed situation.

The first six days in new school means different things to different students. The first 30 days of the first month teach different things to different students. Each and every day brings new things to students.  They learn to be themselves. When the graduation day is represented by a video that shows the changing of wall paint and its trivial decoration, it explicitly the absent of mindfulness  of adults who confess they know what the students had been through in their thousand days in senior high.

Many that can be shared through video so that the audience understand. Presenting video is only a small activity among agenda of farewell party that last for six hours.
